Tucked away in West Wickham, Bromley, Kent, between playing fields, a bowls club and a tennis club is Wickham Theatre Centre (known as Theatre 62), a thriving amateur dramatic group. For 58 years we have been producing a variety of plays from dramas to comedies to thrillers.
We perform five productions each year in our studio theatre, each running for six nights. We set ourselves high standards and have won awards in the Bromley Theatre Guild’s Full Length Play Festival, including in 2018.
But Theatre 62 is about more than just acting. As well as the studio theatre we have a rehearsal room, a licensed bar and extensive wardrobe, scenery, props and lighting facilities. To find out more about what we do and how you can get involved click here
Our auditorium is equipped with an induction loop for hearing aid users.
There is plenty of free parking is available at the Theatre.
