Jane Eyre – April 2020 – postponed

Our forthcoming production of Jane Eyre will not take place as planned at the end of April 2020. As you will know the current Coronavirus outbreak is impacting on many areas of individual and collective activity, and Government advice is changing almost daily. The Wickham Theatre Trust Board has reached this difficult decision after discussions with the cast and crew, all of whom remain committed to staging Jane Eyre at a future date.

So you will all have to wait a little longer to enjoy this remarkable piece of theatre!

We will continue to monitor the situation and let you know of any further developments as soon as we can. We encourage everyone to do everything they can to stay safe and to look out for themselves and each other during what is likely to be a very challenging time for us all.
